Sleeping Disorder


Okay now today this matter is getting really out of hand. When I usually “bursting” my sleep till maximum 8AM, today it went way over 2PM. To add to that, I should’ve been teaching a class at 9.30 AM. So the magnitude is quite big.

Of course my partners have every rights to be mad at me and I do accept any fair punishments that should be retributed but still, that’s not the real problem that’s running on my mind. The problem lies in the sleeping disorder.

No, I’m not insomniac, I just can’t sleep at night and thus converting my morning for my bed time. This is really frustrating. Does anyone knows how to deal with this kind of problem?

Try doing something else, such as reading book.

Thanks guys, last night I do get some sleep (from 2AM till 7AM). Suddenly I don’t feel like the living dead anymore. Having less sleep does having some effect (bad effect that is) to you

Saya biasa tidur jam 3-4 pagi. Kadang malah lepas shubuh.
Bangun jam 8-9 pagi, langsung berangkat kerja. So far so good.

Kalau masih sulit tidur juga, ambil wudhu, sembahyang. :)

Nah itu dia, saya terkadang jam 7 sudah harus ngajar di kampus. Kebetulan jadwal kuliah sore jadi engga terlalu berabe. Tapi kalo sampai telat ngajar, bisa ribut nanti sama pihak kampus :P
