Cleaning Up The Mess
I’ll begin this post with the word “No”. No, I’m not going into another hiatus, not near the last one anyway. The reason of which I rarely blog is because the site has become too big to manage. No, you’re not reading it wrong. This months alone the site has generated more than 5GB monthly bandwith (almost clocking 6), mind you that this site is purely text with not so much image for the layout.
It even confuses me why the site could take up so much of the bandwith. My site-statistic-reporting program reports that more than 3GB bandwith was spent on html files. Even I was confused with this spike on bandwith usage since last February (and I believe since then that you experienced a 509 bandwith exceed error on this site at the end of the month).
So to safe some bandwith, I’m redirecting www.permagnus.com/source to www.pojokbisnis.com . The /source is my old business-related article repository and it should safe some bandwith. Not only that, tonight I’m going to update my WP installation and also pimping up a new design (if I can find one tonight that is).
Coming up next, my insight on my portfolio: why do I choose the stock that I choose. It may not mean much (I’m not Buffet or Graham per se), but some reasoning behind stock picking is always interesting to read isn’t it ;-)
