Yes I still owe you guys a story about my trip back home from last week but I can’t stand not to make a post about this one. I have just bought the domains I wanted to setup a new site (blog… actually). Hopefully if everything went smoothly, you can see my first post on those domain on the next 2 days. Here are the domains I bought:
blogwalking.com - I think this name is the prettiest of all (and one of my favorites too!). I actually bought this a while ago and don’t know what to use out of it. After quite a conversation with Eric, I’ve decided to make it as a link blog, you know… so you don’t need to blogwalk anymore to know recent happenings on the blogosphere and hence there comes the name, blogwalking :).
quadza.com - Does this name ring a bell to you? I got this name based on the new Pizza Hut menu, one pizza with 4 flavour. It’s pretty weird how you can get inspiration from places you’ll never thought of. Quadza will be a blog about technology of course (the name is a little bit techie don’t you think?) but with a business approach. Cut short, quadza.com’s content will be about how to maximize the use of technology for your business (and not only online technology that is).
zenpreneur.com - A while back, Budi mentioned something about CSS Zen Garden and how my experiment on designing this blog is similiar to what they are doing (hm… I vaguely remember this… can’t pinpoint the exact location…).And since I’m an Asian and there’s something between Asians and tranquility, I pick this name. Mostly, the content will be about starting up your own business and how that business can fulfil your life (you know… Zen-ly…).
trayspot.com - Another example of inspiration that comes from a very unlikely place. I got the phrase “trayspot” from Friends. I forgot which episode that is but Gunther said something to Rachel about how she should take every unused tray to the trayspot which Rachel thought is just a cool places her waitresses friends are talking about. So I think it would be great to have this domain as a marketing blog because marketing is all about coolness ;)
