AJAX and Design
Some people complains to me about the design of this site which is too dark, he also complains about the non-functionality of the AJAX commenting system and also livesearch. That is saying much because he himself is a designer studying at some design school in Bandung. And that’s not the first objection about the design and the implementation of AJAX on this site.
Well, I’ve decided to take down AJAX commenting system because somehow it jumbled the pingback (although this never happened before) as you can see here. And on some system where javascript is not activated by default (and mainly on IE browser), the comment system doesn’t show up at all. So as you can see now, no AJAX on comment and no AJAX on the search. The only AJAX left is on the archive page.
And for the design, I’m using a basic css template on k2. However, I’ll try to mend things up by using a different set of css. Probably later after I ask for somehelp from some people since I’m not a css wizard or anything…
