The Trip From Jakarta
OK, I don’t know what should I titled this entry but currently I’m blogging from Singapore’s airport. There are apparently several free internet outlets along the way. I’m hoping that there will be a free wi-fi hotspot but it turned out that the hotspot its self is not free at all.
This is a quick blog since I don’t have many time left (they limit my internet access only to 15 minutes each usage, a very efficient way to keep the queu (how did you spell this actually?) short (there’s no queu at all anyway since I’m the first one who arrived here).
I flew using Singapore Airlines from Jakarta to Singapore only to depart to Copenhagen Denmark via Bangkok. After spending a night in that city (I think… I hope…), I’m off to Stockholm. I have a thoughts in my mind about SQ’s customer service compared to Garuda Indonesia. I remembered that Hermawan Kartajaya (the so-called marketing guru which I disagree) claims that although Garuda Indonesia is inferior if compared to its counterpart from Singapore, GI has a more sincere stewardees.
He described that their smile just like a cup of tea from home (or something like that, can’t recalled what he actually says, but you’re with me right?). I’ve flown using SQ several times before and I think that this guy is straight wrong. If you wanted to find a sincere (and cute) stewardees (okay… how to spell this?) you can fly with Lion Air instead. The thing with Garuda Indonesia is that they are too old to be a steward (not being discriminative here) and the service they gave is far from sincere, IMO. So I think, the only reason why Hermawan claimed the otherwise is because his company consult for Garuda Indonesia which means that there will be bias throughout his writings and claims towards this very company.
Okay, my time is running out. Logging off.

hiii…. udah nyampe mana? :)
